I am not that sure of whom you are but i am certain that you're one of the juniors in the unit. So how shall address you? If you don't mind telling me who you are, then go ahead and tell me in my tag board. But if you feel that it's not safe and wants to keep your identity as a secret then its fine with me. So is it safe for me to presume that you are one of the sec 2s? And as for the calling part,it is the duty of the administration. From what i know is that the admin will call the cadets up to remind them about trainings and last minute information if there were any. He might have called on his own free will which showed that he was willing to spend his time calling up you guys.
You have also stated that after informing you guys about the last minute info, he would talk nonsensical things? Can you elaborate more on what he would usually ask you? I need to know what kind of stuffs he asked you. As i need to hear both sides for their stories. The same goes for the harassing accusation that you had claimed.

Indeed i have read his post and i am touched that you are concerned with his writings and cared about it. Do not worry as this is rather a squad matter that we will settle ourselves and don't stress yourself over it,okay. Thank you for the care and concern but i don't think you should hate him as he is the chairman, after all. Do give him the amount of respect which you have given me and the other NCOs.
Just think over all the things that i've said in this post and do reply me back as your message really bother me and i want to know the root of your unhappiness. Don't worry too much as in how to reply back, but what i want from you is honesty. Don't worry; i'll not eat you up if you tell me your problems.
