I was dying to go to Marina Barrage, but the plan was cancelled. So we had our late lunch at Singapore Flyer Popeye. And we thought it was closed. Sat for one hour. Then at the bustop was planning on where to go, and we even plan on going to Botanic Garden. But we din, because the reason Nad cakap boring. Haha. Nad semua tempat dier cakap boring. Kan kan kan. Hahahaha. So we took bus to Orchard to fulfill Naqeah dream. Haha. Went to Far East only okayyyyyy. Then we went home. It was a short day, BUT it was tiring or what. Oh oh oh, we got ourselves some balloon. "

finally went out with the gang yesterday. almost like a year since we last went out? yeah, it was that long alright. sorry nad and mieza for having to wait for us for that long. met up with imah earlier cos' i was supposed to buy my flip flops at parkway and she was kind enough to accompany me. so we met an hour later at bedok mrt. took the train to marina. had our lunch at popeye which i haven't been to for ages. yeah, it kinda brought back memories for me cos' the longkang family used to go to airport after lessons and we'd always passed by popeye before we went home. i miss classmates. anyway, back to the story. had wanted to go to botanic garden but then, nad was insistent that it was boring so we ended up going to orchard. one of my wishes have been fulfilled! =) thanks guys. yet again, haven't been there for ages. okay, i'm kinda deprived i know. we were walking along this stretch of walkway when we noticed a group of buskers. this group were making balloons characters and we were attracted to look at what they could make. nad was like so enthu in getting her star and so it resulted into the 4 of us having our own personalised balloons. nad's was a star,mieza's was a cookie monster, imah's was an elmo and mine was a barney. it turned out that the cutest was the elmo of course. so we paraded around far east with our balloons and people were staring but that didn't stop us at all. yeah, we're that thick-skinned. we kept smacking each others' balloons trying to deflat and such. after much walking, we settled ourselves down at macdonalds just to rest our tired butts. so we started to camwhore. this time, we took tons of pictures of our balloons and they were laughing at how retarded my barney looked. okay, its head is like pink and the body is like purple? lol, yeah it was kinda funny actually. so cookie monster was the first to punch my barney then the rest joined in the attack and my poor barney! its head came off and the butt got deflated. poor thing i tell you. then we laughed like mad as if we own the whole of macdonalds. =\
although we didn't spent the whole day together, the outing did make my day. eventhough we may have drifted apart but we never ran out of conversations when we meet up. and this would never fail to make me realise that our friendship is still as strong as it used to be. =) although a year has passed, they never fail to make fun of me whenever they could. grrr.. but it's okay cos' i'd find ways to get them back. =P
