had a total blast today! had breakfast with paternal grandparents and parents and those 2 devils. i was half awake in the morning lah. dad was like ' can you keep your eyes open? ' out of a sudden and zee was laughing her arse off at it. grr.great sister i have indeed huh.
met mummy afterwards and went grocery shopping. dad's turn to cook today. walked for like a million miles and finally it was my turn to leave and meet up with emy and miezy. for once in a million years was i the first person ever in the group to reach on time. as usual the pig was the last one to arrive. like 38 mins after us. and so we did what we wanted to do as planned.
had our lunch at ljs. god. don't you ever eat there! the service sucks big time. grrr. we're like the number 1 customers of ljs and this incident shocked the hell out of us. emy was completely crazy and so pissed off that she wrote a letter of complaint.lol.typical of her lah....inside joke.
first stop was the supreme court. went in there and got the hell of a shock cos that place was full of human beings. thanks to my lovely friends now the whole world knows what i want to be when i'm older. spent like 2 hours in there and by the time we were out it was worth the tour and look around. took pics by the parliament house and we were super high by that point of time.
second stop was the i.t. fair. goodness the place was like effing crowded! you can get super duper lost in there cos it was packed like sardines.miezy managed to buy her gadgets and we barely spent half an hour in there cos' it was so stuffy and packed. headed off to marina square afterwards and to our disappointment, it was just as packed. i think the whole of singapore came down to suntec to shop! went to the bookstore and bought a book! =) as usual it took me like half an hour to decide on it and after asking for emy's approval i finally purchased it. lol...i guess my friends are used to my fickle-mindedness when it concerns books.gonna lend it to bob after reading it! see i'm such a thoughtful friend. lol.
the final destination was supposed to be a memorable one. we even planned on watching sunset at marina barrage! upon arrival we were sadly chased inside the sheltered area cos' there was a lightning alert. how pathetic right!!! we came sooooooooooo far and ended up being just indoors! urghhh!stupid weather! but we did managed to see the place like finally. miezy got to fulfill her long awaited visit there since last year. we're so gonna go there again next time. and hopefully it won't rain and hopefully emy doesn't wear skirt! tskkkk.
trained home and our energy level just went down like ultimately low. the whole day was spent simply by walking. and when i say walk, it is like speed walking kinda pace. so we were being super emo in the train and miezy simply had to rub it in by listening to slow songs which makes one think.
reached home and watched slumdog with zee and nana. fell asleep while reading and mummy called like a zillion times but i was too lazy to answer and when i did she was blasting at my ears for another reason. apparently my clever sis switched off the tone of the room's phone. so she was fuming mad cos she can't get through my room and my hp was too far from my reach apparently. thus of all the commotion that suddenly happened, my urge to sleep simply vanised into thin air. how depressing.
planning to head over macs to accompany nana since i can't sleep.and i'm so gonna freeze to death with my bloody runny nose and sorethroat.
